What does a Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach do?


I use a wide range of tools to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances and other lifestyle factors such as sleep & relaxation, exercise & movement, stress and relationships. My goal is to understand how these may contribute to your individual symptoms and health concerns. This approach allows me to work with you as an individual to help support your body and mind towards maintaining health.

Is Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching for me?

Nutrition and lifestyle support is extremely versatile. I have worked with clients to sharpen their focus, balance their energy, achieve glowing and smooth skin, balance their blood sugar, regain emotional and mental wellbeing, balance their hormones and have reliable digestion. Some people also simply want to check that they are on the right track with regard to healthy eating and movement. Others may want to stabilise their weight or get help with their symptoms.

What happens in a Consultation?

Before our Nutrition Power Hour, I will provide a comprehensive health and nutrition questionnaire for you to complete. Our deep-dive consultation will last 60 minutes where we go through areas such as:

current health concerns and goals | symptoms | medical history | family history | lifestyle | diet


I evaluate your individual needs and use the extensive evidence base for nutritional science to decide, together with you, on personalised, safe, and effective nutrition and lifestyle upgrades. The goal is to establish healthy long-term habits and behaviours.
