Born and raised in a tiny village in East Germany. Lived in 6 different countries before moving to London (for love) in 2015.
What does a Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach do?
I use a wide range of tools to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances and other lifestyle factors such as sleep & relaxation, exercise & movement, stress and relationships. My goal is to understand how these may contribute to your individual symptoms and health concerns. This approach allows me to work with you as an individual to help support your body and mind towards maintaining health.

Is Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching for me?
Nutrition and lifestyle support is extremely versatile. I have worked with clients to sharpen their focus, balance their energy, achieve glowing and smooth skin, balance their blood sugar, regain emotional and mental wellbeing, hormonal balance and have reliable digestion. Some people also simply want to check that they are on the right track with regard to healthy eating and movement. Others may want to stabilise their weight or get help with their symptoms.

What happens in a Consultation?
Before our first consultation, I will provide a comprehensive health and nutrition questionnaire for you to complete. Our initial consultation will last 90 minutes where we go through areas such as:
current health concerns | symptoms | diagnosis and treatment | medical history | family history | lifestyle | levels of physical activity | use of medication and supplements | diet
I evaluate your individual needs and use the extensive evidence base for nutritional science to develop a personalised, safe, and effective nutrition and lifestyle programme. We will decide on any recommendations together to make sure they work for your personal circumstances. The goal is to establish healthy long-term habits and behaviours.
In your follow-up consultations we will monitor your progress, make any necessary adjustments and explore new options.
