Current medication and nutrients interaction evaluation (if applicable)
Recommendations on clinical tests (if needed)
Personal coaching to support new food choices and new lifestyle habits
Seasonal recipes and other resources

Having met, and been impressed by, Nina at a corporate event I signed up for a 12 week 1:1 programme with her in January. It was the first time I had spent this amount of money on a treat just for me but, in these uncertain times, it felt good to take control of one part of my life. I am so glad that I did. Nina has been fantastic throughout with her calm and ever-smiling approach that really helped me to overhaul various areas of myself. Whilst not extreme in anything I was already doing, Nina’s expertise, knowledge and gentle questioning helped me to find areas for improvement that I would never have thought of. I now feel less inflamed all over and have calmed both my stomach and hormones down. My skin is brighter and my head is clearer and I have a stash of recipes to help keep me on the right track going forward. I also now have a far greater understanding of my body and what it needs and am eating mindfully for the first time as well as being accountable to myself for health choices made. This is all down to Nina and I cannot recommend booking a programme with her enough. It’s an investment in yourself that will also benefit those around you.

Nina is fantastic her knowledge, guidance and support during a time in my life where my health was a challenge was invaluable. I did the 12 week vip package and learnt so much to support my health naturally. Nina was very holistic and didn't just focus on nutrition but on all aspects of life. I highly recommend her services.

I've learned a lot about the basics of healthy eating in the 12 weeks I've worked with Nina. I found the realization of how important intestinal health is for my skin health very exciting. Step by step we tried new approaches that fit into my everyday life and Nina looked after me very well. I feel more balanced after our program and my immune system has visibly improved. My 15 year old daughter (& I) have just finished a 12 week 1:1 programme with Nina. Nina is patient, kind and really knows her stuff! We had got into some bad eating habits over lockdown, which were affecting skin and overall energy levels and Nina's programme was just what we all needed to reset the balance. My daughter listened to Nina, (teenagers often need to hear advice from someone else!) and took on board all her advice and suggestions, she really learnt a lot about her skin, gut etc. and as a family we are making much better choices and seeing an improvement in energy & skin already. I would not hesitate to recommend Nina's 12 week programme. It is important advice for any age. We also received some fantastic new, family-friendly recipes to try which have been great during the monotony of feeding a family of 5 in lockdown. Thanks Nina!

Working with Nina was such a pleasure! She guided us through a 12 week period on how to best look after our toddler through a vegetarian diet, and support all her nutritional needs. Even though our main focus was to understand more about the food and supplements required, we learned so much more, for which we are extremely grateful!

After just finishing the 12-week Program with Nina I feel the best I have in a while! My goals were a more sufficient immune system and a more balanced energy level throughout the day.
