The 12-week one-to-one coaching programmes come in different packages - silver, gold and VIP. What differentiates them is the level of support you receive from me after the initial consultation.

This tailored programme includes three scheduled consultations within the 12-week period and is designed to educate and encourage you and to give you essential tools to begin your health journey.
Your gold package includes six consultations, so I would speak with you every fortnight. This gives us the option to delve deeper into understanding your eating and lifestyle habits and offers you an enhanced level of support to steer you to success with your health goals.
Your VIP package includes weekly consultations and offers intense support through serious transformation. It enables you to implement new habits while outsourcing all the planning and legwork to me. This is for you if you feel like you have a mountain to climb and need someone in your corner supporting you and keeping you focused and accountable.

STEP 4 During our phone consultation we will discuss you health & energy scores and you will receive at least one immediately actionable recommendation. We will also see whether we are a fit and if we decide to work together we can determine which level of support would be most suitable for you moving forward. We can then book in your initial consultation straight away.
