To understand your current symptoms and health status, to achieve your goals through a new eating and lifestyle plan, and to consider supplements and clinical testing, we will need to work together over a period of time.


Adapting new ways of eating and living and turning them into habits takes time - on average 66 days according to the latest behaviour research. Therefore a ‘one-off’ appointment is unlikely to help you.


The length of your programme will depend on where you are right now and what you want to achieve but we will typically start with 12 weeks.   

Your one-to-one coaching programme will typically involve the following elements and include regular support to help you implement the recommendations:

  • In-depth health and lifestyle assessment to consider symptoms, medical history, family history, food diaries, lifestyle and stress 

  • Personalised nutrition advice and (if needed) supplement plan 

  • Current medication and nutrients interaction evaluation (if applicable) 

  • Recommendations on clinical tests and interpretation (if needed)

  • Personal coaching to support new food choices and new lifestyle habits 

  • Seasonal recipes and other inspiration

  • Chat support through the Practice Better app (secure clinic software)

The 12-week one-to-one coaching programmes come in different packages - silver, gold and VIP. They all contain the elements above and what differentiates them is the level of support you receive from me after the initial consultation.

This tailored programme includes three scheduled consultations within a 12-week period and is designed to educate and encourage you and to give you essential tools to begin your health journey.




Your gold package includes six consultations, so we would speak every fortnight. This gives us the option to delve deeper into understanding your eating and lifestyle habits and offers you an enhanced level of support to steer you to success with your health goals.



Your VIP package includes weekly consultations and offers intense support through serious transformation. This is for you if you feel like you have a mountain to climb and need someone in your corner supporting you and keeping you focused and accountable.

Having met, and been impressed by, Nina at a corporate event I signed up for a 12 week 1:1 programme with her in January. My 15 year old daughter (& I) have just finished a 12 week 1:1 programme with Nina. Nina is patient, kind and really knows her stuff! We had got into some bad eating habits over lockdown, which were affecting skin and overall energy levels and Nina's programme was just what we all needed to reset the balance. My daughter listened to Nina, (teenagers often need to hear advice from someone else!) and took on board all her advice and suggestions, she really learnt a lot about her skin, gut etc. and as a family we are making much better choices and seeing an improvement in energy & skin already. I would not hesitate to recommend Nina's 12 week programme. It is important advice for any age.
