Quite a few clients have said this to me over the years: "But it's easy for you, right? You always seem to have your act together, what's your secret?" Well, here it goes...
I don't have one. Sorry, but there is no single quick fix silver bullet approach to balancing life & wellbeing.
If there was, I'd know by now because I have been doing it for many years. I’ve experienced first-hand what it feels like to juggle many things - career shifts, emigrating, studies, business, relationships, motherhood, hobbies, and self-care. I've tried, failed, and adapted many attempts to balance it all.
And I am still not "there yet". My stress resilience is not made of steel. I sometimes lie in. I cry because everything gets too much.
BUT: I enjoy being a work in progress. And I have found ways, personally for myself as well as professionally for my clients, to:

💫 reevaluate what's important, and
💫 adjust our daily habits to reflect that.
And that's how my signature programme was born because I saw that there was real value in sharing these lessons. Developing Overcome Overwhelm (OO) - out of many "Oh-ohs" - has literally transformed my own life and that of my clients.
